18th of July saw the first of our extreme series mini enduro’s. This event was hosted and sponsored by Lammergeier Private Nature Reserve. The event started in Lady Grey following a rocky, undulating path of madness between extreme slopes, forest turns, rock staircases and the most slick moss covered rocks imaginable. 27 Participants braved a little bit of Madness. With 1st Place being awarded to Wynand Badenhorst in a time of 1h45min, 2nd Chris Isted in 1h57min and 3rd Chris Strampe 2h04min. All three top riders have been participants in the mammoth Roof of Africa event.
Next year will see many more a madman face the wrath of some not so well locals who deem to making suffering on two wheels seem fun. Good luck and see you guys all next year.

Freakin isane !!! what a jol – suffering in silence
Easily some of the most toughest terrain that I’ve ridden which can comfortably be put in the enduro category.
Great fun – although the we didn’t get a chance at the big mountains -yet…
